Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, but the goods ordered shall be subject to the terms and conditions to which you agreed when you placed your order. Otherwise, changes to these terms and conditions will not apply unless agreed in writing between you and us.

The contract between us and you is formed when (and not before) we send you an email confirmation to the email address you have provided and we receive payment for your credit/debit card payment. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations and changes to your order will be subject to a re-processing fee.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices quoted on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found before the goods are dispatched, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If you cancel your order, we will refund or re-credit any amount you have paid or your credit card has been charged for the goods.

Photographs, illustrations or descriptions and any other information provided or contained on this website or in other promotional material are for general information and guidance only. There may be slight differences between the goods shown or described on our website and the goods sent to you, but this does not affect their function, quality or price.

Payment for the goods ordered may be made by any method specified on this website at the time of placing the order. All payments are made in euros.

The goods ordered will be delivered to the address you have indicated in your online order. If there is no one available to collect the goods at the address you have provided, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or location where the goods can be collected. Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 3-5 weeks of acceptance of your order, unless we notify you otherwise. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 10 weeks of the order being placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and to recover or re-credit any amount paid by you or charged to your credit card for the goods. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All orders are subject to availability of goods. If we are unable to obtain the goods ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you the full amount you have paid or charged to your credit card.
