You can exchange or return your purchase within 14 calendar days in Lithuania or within 30 calendar days in the European Union and other countries from the date of delivery.
The goods to be exchanged or returned must be presented in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition (no damaged labels, no torn protective film, etc.) and in the same condition as when purchased.
When exchanging or returning an item, a printed VAT invoice and an exchange/return form must be provided. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
The Company has the right not to accept an exchange or return if the product is used, unlabelled or damaged, if the exchange/return period has expired, or if it has been manufactured or adjusted to an individual order (change of colour, adjustment of the length or width of the product, etc).
The Buyer shall pay the shipping/delivery costs of the goods exchanged or returned. Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded. Shipping costs are not paid.
Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 calendar days. After the goods have been received, they shall be checked to ensure that they are in good condition, i.e. no damage, no breakages, no replacement parts, all packaging and labels are present. The money is returned to the buyer to the account specified in the return note.
In case of exchange, we will deliver the exchanged product free of charge.
If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) will be refunded. The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
When returning an item purchased with a discount, the amount paid with the discount in force will be refunded.
